Jackie Cappiello (R)
Jackie brings both personal investment and professional education expertise to her candidacy for the Woodbridge Board of Education. A town resident since 2012, Jackie is married to a lifelong resident who attended Beecher Road School. With over a decade of education experience, Jackie is currently the Assistant Principal for the Middle School of Plainville. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Masters of Art in Teaching degree from Quinnipiac University. She has taught science at North Haven High School and Amity Region 5 High School. In 2016, she furthered her commitment to educational leadership by earning her Administrator's Certificate and 092 certification.
Together, Jackie and her husband are delighted to raise three children; all currently attend Beecher Road School. Jackie's deep roots in Woodbridge, combined with her extensive educational background and administrative experience, position her to advocate effectively for what's best for all students and to support initiatives that promote student success.

Sarah Beth Del Prete (U)
Sarah Beth is seeking reelection to a second term on the Woodbridge Board of Education. In her current term she serves as Board Secretary and is an active member of both the Curriculum and Finance Committees —bringing a balanced focus to educational excellence and responsible budgeting. A proud parent of seven children, Sarah Beth is deeply invested in the success of our public schools and understands firsthand the importance of a strong, supportive learning environment. Professionally, Sarah Beth is a full-time real estate agent. As a realtor she brings to the Board practical experience in negotiation, planning, and community engagement.
Sarah Beth is committed to transparency, collaboration, and student achievement. She would be honored to continue serving and strengthening Beecher Road School in a second term on the Board.

Stephanie Pennington (D)
Stephanie is a licensed clinical psychologist with expertise in neuropsychological function of children and adults, particularly in lifespan development, cognitive function, and neurodevelopmental disorders. She moved to Woodbridge in 2017 and initially began volunteering her time across state and national professional associations, serving on the board of the Connecticut Psychological Association for four years before taking on the role of chair of the education and convention committee for the state association. Stephanie has since branched out to volunteer her service within the town, serving as a member of the Woodbridge Ad-Hoc Sustainability Committee and the Beecher Road School Green Team.
Stephanie and her husband are the proud parents of one son who is a rising Fourth Grader at Beecher. Running for the Woodbridge Board of Education is a natural next step in her desire for community involvement. If elected, she will apply her professional expertise to the goal of continuing the fine reputation of the Woodbridge school system.
