Our Platform

Woodbridge is a wonderful place to live -- we all chose to make this town our home. We have award-winning schools, abundant open space, and small town charm within minutes of Yale University and downtown New Haven. Post-covid, our town has experienced a surge in desirability: changes in work patterns have transformed us into a New York metro exurb, with schools which are better than most in Fairfield County and real estate prices that are relatively more affordable. Young families have flocked here, making us one of the only towns in the state with a growing school enrollment.

These changes are positive, but they create challenges: Many of us have experienced shocking increases in our tax bills, and our elementary school is bursting at the seams. At the same time, our commercial sector has shrunk to under 6% of the grand list from its standing at 10% two decades ago, when Amey Marrella was First Selectman. This pattern is unsustainable and must be reversed. Leaders must answer the question: How do we grow without losing our soul?

Our mission is to serve the entire town, not just a partisan faction that represents only one political party. To that end we have recruited a diverse group of your friends and neighbors, representing both major parties, the Independent Party, and those who are politically unaffiliated. Our politically diverse team of candidates including 7 Republican, 5 Unaffiliated, 3 Democrat, and 1 Independent, reflects our town’s community and promotes non-partisan decision-making enriched by diversity of thought. We are a team with diverse political affiliations representing ALL of Woodbridge.
